FAQ
But first, some...

What is a
Death Doula?
A death doula, offers non-medical support to individuals and their families, during their end-of-life journey. They provide emotional, physical, and spiritual support.
They’re not medical professionals—they’re there to offer comfort, guidance, and a calming presence. This can include talking about wishes, helping plan, being there during the final days, and creating a peaceful, meaningful goodbye.

How do I find a Death Doula
Start by exploring local hospice networks, end-of-life care organizations, or national directories like INELDA or the National End-of-Life Doula Alliance. Many doulas also have personal websites or listings on social platforms.
It’s always a good idea to speak with a few to find someone who aligns with your values, needs, and communication style.
